Terms of sale

The Terraces sells made-to-order, museum-grade reproductions of association football in art and print — works published before 1931 and public-domain verified. No modern club, federation, or league marks are used or sold. All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Every physical piece is printed to order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you — so orders enter production promptly and cancellation is only possible before production begins. Returns are limited for that reason. If a piece arrives damaged or less than perfect, write to paintedalways@gmail.com and we will reprint or refund it — your choice. An engraved dedication is personalised specialist work: the line you supply is engraved by hand for you and for no one else, and the piece cannot be resold. Once it has been engraved, a dedicated piece is non-refundable except where it arrives damaged or the engraving departs from the text you supplied. Please read your dedication back before you order — we engrave it exactly as written.

Digital downloads are delivered after payment and are licensed for personal use. The underlying works are in the public domain, and nothing in these terms restricts your rights in those underlying works.
