The Terraces

Refunds

One address handles all of it: paintedalways@gmail.com. A person reads it. Write from the email you ordered with, and send a photograph if the piece arrived wrong.

A print that arrives damaged, misprinted, or short of the standard The Terraces sells it under gets reprinted or refunded in full. Which of the two is your call, not ours, and nothing has to go back in the post. A parcel that never lands is the same case: we reship it or we refund it.

Nothing here waits in a warehouse. Every physical piece is printed for your order alone, so a change of mind is not a return we can take once production has begun. Write the moment you want to stop it — if the order has not gone to press, we cancel it and refund every penny.

An engraved dedication is cut by hand from the line you supplied, for you and for nobody else, so it cannot be resold or returned. If the engraving departs from the text you typed, or the piece arrives damaged, we re-engrave it or refund it. Read your dedication back before you order — we engrave it exactly as written.

The two commissions — The [Surname] F.C. and The Fixture Bill — are not bought through the cart. The button on each page opens a mail draft carrying your specification; we price it, confirm the wording back to you, and only then take payment and print. That confirmation is where a name, a date, or a ground gets fixed, so read it closely. A finished commission that matches what you confirmed is set in your own words and cannot be returned. If it departs from the confirmed wording, or arrives damaged, we reset it or refund it.

A digital download that was paid for and never delivered is refunded in full. Once the file has been delivered it cannot be returned, so it is not refundable — as the terms of sale have it. If the file that reached you is corrupt or is not the work you bought, we send the right one.

Money goes back to the card that paid, through Stripe, and usually clears within five to ten business days of being issued. We do not hand out store credit in place of a refund. This policy is a working draft for the house’s launch and will be reviewed before paid traffic.
