The Terraces collects the minimum needed to fulfil your order: your email, your shipping address, and the contents of the order. Payment is handled by Stripe; fulfilment by our print partner. Your cart is stored only in your own browser.

If you ask for an engraved dedication, we also hold the line of text you supply. We carry it to our fulfilment partner and engrave it as written — we do not use it for anything else, and we do not check it against any other record.

We run no advertising pixels and set no marketing cookies. We do not sell or share personal information.

To have your order data deleted or exported, email paintedalways@gmail.com and we will honour the request within 30 days. This policy is a working draft for the house’s launch and will be reviewed before paid traffic.
